Notice of Neighborhood Meeting

The owner has submitted a Rezoning application to the Municipality of Clarington for a proposed development on the property known as 55 King Avenue East in Newcastle. The property is located at the southwest corner of King Avenue East and Beaver Street South in the historic downtown Newcastle. The proposed development consists of 4 and 6 storeys mixed-use development with 59 residential units and ground floor retail.

The proponent of the project, Ryan Cyrus is pleased to invite you to attend a Public Information Centre to learn more about the proposal
